Calling all our of TWNC members turning 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 this year!
We would like to ask for any of our junior members who will be turning 13 and up this season, to show an expression of interest for being an assistant coach this season for our netta and younger junior sides. As the biggest club in GNA, we primarily rely on the parents of our members to coach teams each season. Unfortunately it is getting more difficult each year due to work and family commitments for parents to perform these duties. We would like to build up our coaching base with our awesome juniors coming through the ranks. You will be mentored by a senior coach, be available to attend coaching courses - date to be organised and most of all have fun passing on the skills you have learnt to the next netball generation. If you would like more information, please contact our Coaching Convenor, via email throgh the secretary- secretary@terrigalwamberalnetball.net.
A useful program is being conducted by GNA Silver Sponsor, Gosford Private Hospital, of benefit to our netballers. Click the link to find out more- Preventing sporting injuries in the growing injuries
Any queries about uniforms and other club apparel go to the uniforms & and equipment page.
Any queries about teams and grading email your polite and respectful inquiry to the Secretary
UMPIRING
All senior teams will be required to supply their own umpire. This can be team members or you can arrange an independant umpire each week but must be communicated to the Umiring Convener in a timely manner.
How umpires are to be paid will change due to changes in the GNA allocation policy and will be reflected in 2019 senior registration fees.
Check the umpiring page for the appropriate rates of pay and other umpiring information.
As per GNA policy if an umpire fails to umpire their game, the whole team is fined $200 by GNA and the whole team is deemed unfinancial status and ineligible to play until the fine is paid.
